Dual-site production and flexible supply
At Nowocoat, we produce private label coatings for indoor and outdoor use, including paint and wood protection.
All coatings are produced in-house under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 28000 standards. Production runs across our own facilities in Denmark and Sweden, supporting both stable volumes and flexibility when demand shifts.
This dual-site setup reduces dependency on a single location and allows adjustments in volumes and timing without disrupting supply. It supports continuity across seasons, stable capacity and faster response when plans change.
Integrated laboratory and production
Our in-house laboratory is an integrated part of production. All coating products are tested against defined parameters such as colour, viscosity, pH, solids content and key performance characteristics. Testing reflects real use conditions, ensuring consistent performance in practice.
The close collaboration between our laboratory and production ensures that product quality is verified and documented before entering production.
Compliance and traceability
Compliance is integrated into the setup from the start. Products are aligned with relevant requirements, supported by approved labels and delivered with audit-ready documentation.
Each batch is fully traceable, with documented production data and retained samples, enabling precise follow-up and verification. This provides full transparency and reduces the risk of rework and audit issues.
