Powder coating is a robust, dry coating technology that provides a uniform, UV-stable and chemical-resistant surface. It is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven without the use of solvents and without drips, runs or colour shifts.
Nowocoat’s powder platform is based on low temperature curing formulations. This means you can lower the oven temperature and reduce energy consumption while maintaining high wear resistance and adhesion. This makes the platform suitable for both heat-sensitive items and production lines with a focus on efficiency and environmental profile.
We adapt the composition, gloss, curing time and corrosion class to your components and requirements and document according to applicable standards.
Suitable for precision and demanding environments
Nowocoat powder coating is currently used for everything from structural steel and facade elements to furniture, machine parts and technical components. The technology is suitable where there are requirements for both visual finish and durability against weather, wear and chemicals.
The dust-free, dry coating form reduces waste and improves the working environment. The combination of uniform layer thickness, high coverage and process stability makes it an obvious choice in automated environments, but we also support smaller series with customisation and testing.
