Transition to 2K PUR with improved finish and stable flow
AC Hydraulik, a leading Nordic manufacturer of hydraulic equipment, faced limitations with their existing coating system. Seamless integration

We went into production and analysed both workflows and requirements for surface, curing and process stability. Based on our solvent-based platform, we developed a two-component PUR solution that could directly replace the previous system. No calibration. No bottlenecks. The transition took place without any interruption to operations. No hassle, no downtime. Just a solution that worked from day one.

After the change, AC Hydraulik experienced rapid and visible improvements: a more attractive finish, a more robust surface, shorter drying times and fewer deviations in the process.
